With over 25 years of experience in business and healthcare, she combines professional expertise with deeply personal insights to guide others through challenges like grief, mental health struggles, and a very late diagnosis of ADHD.

After the loss of her husband of 26 years, Roxanna embarked on a powerful journey of faith, self-discovery, and reinvention. Once an introvert who preferred to support from the sidelines, she now boldly shares her story to inspire others. Her message is one of resilience, faith, and the courage to move forward despite life’s hardships.

Born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago, Roxanna now resides in the Dallas area. When she’s not coaching or speaking, she enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, and seeking moments of peace and reflection in nature.
